How do we get updated on the rider’s itinerary?


Both our customer service representative and riders will be updating you through text and call until the parcel has been successfully delivered or completed.




What are your operating hours?


Mondays to Saturdays between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM




What is your average pick-up and delivery time?


There is no specific time for delivery and pick-up. Our riders are strategically scattered around the metro, thus, anytime they receive an order, they can immediately get to your address more conveniently.




Do you accept Cash on Delivery?


Yes, we do accept Cash on Delivery.




What items can be delivered?


Only items which weigh less than 4 kilograms are allowed. Items such as fresh food, illegal drugs, firearms or weapons, and other products prohibited by the government are strictly not allowed. We have the right to decline items that are dubious or do not comply with our standards and policies.
